AI training for schools and institutions

AI is the new industrial revolution. Is your school ready?

AI training that covers your whole institution, from leaders and teachers to parents and students. Children learn by playing; adults learn by doing.

One institution, five audiences

  • Leaders
  • Teachers
  • School staff
  • Parents
  • Students

A new revolution

In the Industrial Revolution, those who knew how to run the machine stayed. This time the machine is AI.

When textile workshops mechanised, hundreds of workers saw the nature of their work change completely. The people who remained understood and managed the new machines. The AI revolution is repeating that pattern, this time in knowledge work and education.

An unprepared institution

It bans AI, ignores it or watches uncontrolled use. Teachers are overloaded, parents worry, students explore the tools alone.

A prepared institution

Leadership vision, teacher skill, parent awareness and student ability grow together. AI stops being a risk and becomes the institution's strength.

After this training, your view of education and of life will change.

What the evidence says

We put independent sources first, not our own claims.

More than 2×

In a randomised controlled trial at Harvard, students working with an AI tutor achieved more than double the learning gains in less time than students in an in class active learning session.

The tool in the study was purpose built around learning science. The result depends on how AI is used, not on AI alone, which is exactly why training matters.

Kestin et al., Scientific Reports, 2025 (Harvard, 194 students)

Nearly 40%

According to the World Economic Forum, nearly 40% of the skills required on the job will change by 2030; 170 million new roles are expected to emerge while 92 million are displaced.

Ecosystem

More than a training company: an ecosystem that reaches every stakeholder in a school

Zekaland brings children's education, parent and teacher training and its own software together, so what is learned at school speaks the same language at home.

  • Students

    Face to face children's programmes

AI, robotics, coding, aviation and rocket workshops for ages 5 to 17, through play and projects.

  • Parents

    Parent training

Families who understand their child's relationship with AI, set safe limits and can guide them.

  • Educators

    Teacher and leader training

Using AI consciously, ethically and productively in the classroom and in management.

  • Technology

    Our own software ecosystem

AI supported learning apps and games built by Zekaland, extending learning beyond the workshop.

Training programmes

A separate programme for every audience in your institution

Book programmes one by one or combine them in a whole institution package. Content and duration are planned around your institution.

Leaders

AI Leadership for School Leaders

We build your institution's AI roadmap together.

Outcome: a roadmap tailored to your institution

Teachers

Hands on AI Workshop for Teachers

Using AI consciously in the classroom and in lesson preparation.

Outcome: materials you can use in class the next day

School staff

AI Literacy for School Staff

Administrative, guidance and support teams share one language.

Outcome: one shared AI language across the team

Parents

AI Training for Parents

Your child may already be talking to AI without you knowing.

Outcome: clear principles you can apply at home

Students

Learning AI, Robotics and Aviation Through Play

Following Piaget: concrete first, abstract later. Children learn by doing.

Outcome: the student's own project

Whole Institution Programme

Not separate sessions, but a sequenced programme that turns the whole institution in one direction

Vision first, then skill, then a shared language between home and school, and finally student practice. The order matters, because what students learn lasts where teachers and parents are ready.

  1. 1

    Leadership workshop

    Vision, policy and roadmap.

  2. 2

    Teacher and staff training

Hands on skills and safe use.

  3. 3

    Parent sessions

Home and school speak the same language.

  4. 4

    Student workshops

Learning by playing, building and doing.

Our method

Children learn by doing, playing and enjoying

Jean Piaget showed that children do not receive knowledge ready made; they build it by experimenting and exploring. Scratch itself traces back to the "learning by making" ideas of Seymour Papert of MIT, who worked with Piaget. We start AI from play and projects, not from slides.

  1. 01

    Concrete first

Screen free at age 6: movement, games, objects.

  2. 02

    Then visual

Block programming and a first machine learning project.

  3. 03

    Then abstract

Text based coding and real projects with APIs.

  4. 04

    Mistakes are good

Errors are part of learning; children keep trying.

For parents

Your child is talking to AI. Do you know what they are talking about?

There have been press reports of AI chatbots giving children wrong or harmful guidance. The answer is not to ban, but to educate both the child and the family. That is why parent training sits at the centre of our ecosystem.

  • Understand the limits of chatbots
  • Set clear rules at home
  • Guide your child with confidence

Frequently asked questions for institutions

Is there an organisation that provides AI training for schools and teachers?

Yes. Zekaland delivers face to face AI training to institutions for school leaders, teachers, school staff, parents and students. The programmes are led by Mustafa Kınacı, a software developer with 9 years of experience. You can request a free proposal with no obligation on the request-proposal page.

Who is Mustafa Kınacı?

He is the founder and instructor of Zekaland. He has developed software for 9 years, worked at Yandex and Denizbank, worked with Şişecam, founded the AI startup Atasoft at Cappadocia Technopark and exited by selling it, and founded Just Digital. He holds certificates from Harvard, MIT, Stanford, IBM, Yandex and Google programmes.

Do you provide AI training for parents?

Yes. For children to use AI chatbots safely, parents need to be informed too. We run separate training for parents, and face to face AI, robotics and rocket programmes for children in Alanya.

Where does the training take place?

We come to your institution and teach face to face. We can also plan for institutions outside Alanya; location and format are settled in the needs conversation.

How is pricing decided?

We prepare a tailored proposal based on participant numbers, chosen programmes and schedule. Requesting a proposal is free and non binding.

Can we book training only for our teachers?

Yes. Each audience can be booked separately. The Whole Institution Programme, covering leaders, teachers, parents and students together, gives the most consistent result.

Are you officially partnered with Harvard or MIT?

No, we have no official partnership. We use these institutions' publicly available courses and tools (such as CS50, App Inventor and Scratch). Our instructor holds certificates from Harvard, MIT, Stanford, IBM, Yandex and Google programmes.

Do students have to use screens?

The age-6 programme is entirely screen free. Other age groups use computers or tablets; equipment needs are settled in the needs conversation.

Can I enrol my own child individually?

Yes. You can apply for our face to face programmes in Alanya on the enrolment page.
