Delivery and Shipping Terms
Zekaland is a face to face education service in Alanya. There is no physical product to sell, so nothing is shipped. This page explains how the service reaches you.
Nature of the service
What you purchase is the participant’s right to attend the announced programme. Because no product is sent by courier, no shipping or delivery fee is charged to the Buyer.
Enrolment confirmation
After your payment is completed successfully, your enrolment is confirmed within 3 business days at the latest. The confirmation is sent to the email address and phone number you gave at enrolment, and it includes the group, lesson days, hours and start date.
Where lessons take place
Lessons are held face to face in the classroom at Şekerhane Mah. 1100 Sk. Güneş İşhanı No: 10/1 Alanya / Antalya. No remote or online lessons are given.
Start of the programme
Performance of the service starts in practice when the participant attends the first lesson in the schedule. If the group has not yet opened, the start date is given in the enrolment confirmation, and parents are told in advance if the date changes.
Course materials
The computers, robotics kits and learning materials used in the programme are available to the participant in the classroom during lesson hours. They are included in the fee and are not shipped to the Buyer.
Absence and make up lessons
For lessons the participant cannot attend, we try to arrange a make up place in another group at the same level, if there is space. When we cancel a lesson, the make up lesson is free.
Invoice
The invoice for the service fee is issued with the details you gave at enrolment and is sent to your email address electronically.
