This policy explains how the personal data you share through zekaland.com.tr is processed. The data controller is Just Digital (Şekerhane Mah. 1100 Sk. Güneş İşhanı No: 10/1 Alanya / Antalya).
Data we collect
The application form collects the parent’s name, phone number, district or neighbourhood and the child’s age. At enrolment and payment we also take a name, address and contact details for the invoice.
Payment information
We never see, record or store your card details. Payments run through PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş., a payment institution licensed by the Turkish banking regulator, over an SSL encrypted connection with 3D Secure verification.
Purpose of processing
Data is processed to handle your application, create the course enrolment, take payment and issue invoices, and to contact you about the programme. It is not shared with third parties for marketing.
Cookies
We use cookies to measure visit traffic. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings.
Retention and your rights
Financial records are kept for 5 years under the Turkish Tax Procedure Law. Other data is kept until the related communication is finished.
