Notice on the Processing of Personal Data (KVKK)
This notice is provided under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) to explain how personal data shared through this site is processed.
Data controller

Data processed
The enrolment application form processes the parent’s name and surname, phone number, district or neighbourhood and the child’s age. Data such as the child’s name, school, date of birth or photo is not requested and not processed. At enrolment and payment, a name, address and contact details are also taken so an invoice can be issued.
Payment data
Your card details are not seen, recorded or stored by us. Payments run through PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş., a payment institution licensed by the Turkish banking regulator, with SSL encryption and 3D Secure verification. In this scope PayTR acts as an independent data controller.
Purpose of processing
Your data is processed to handle your enrolment application, create the course enrolment, take payment and issue invoices, and to contact you about the programme. It is not shared with third parties for marketing.
Retention period
Financial records of payment and invoicing are kept for 5 years under the Tax Procedure Law. Data from applications that do not turn into a payment is kept until the application process and the related communication are finished, then deleted.
Your rights
Under KVKK you have the right to access your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted and withdraw your consent. You can send your request to 0530 050 50 51 or bilgi@zekaland.com.tr. Financial records that we are legally required to keep cannot be deleted before the period ends.
