Distance Sales Agreement and Sales Policies

This agreement is concluded electronically between the SELLER named below and the BUYER who purchases the service, in line with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

1. Parties: Seller

Name: Just Digital (Sole proprietorship). Address: Şekerhane Mah. 1100 Sk. Güneş İşhanı No: 10/1 Alanya / Antalya. Phone: 0530 050 50 51. Email: bilgi@zekaland.com.tr. Website: zekaland.com.tr

2. Parties: Buyer

The Buyer is the parent or legal guardian who purchases the service, identified by the name, address, phone and email given on the enrolment form and at the payment step. The details the Buyer provides are used to issue the invoice.

3. Subject of the service

The subject of this agreement is the right to attend the AI and coding programme for ages 6 to 17 held face to face in Alanya under the Zekaland brand. The service is provided in monthly periods. The age level, the number of lessons in the month, weekly lesson hours and lesson days are given to the Buyer in writing at enrolment and form an inseparable part of this agreement.

4. Fee and payment period

The programme fee is shared with the Buyer at final enrolment and includes VAT. The fee is charged separately for each payment period (one month) in which the training continues, and the amount in the order summary is the final amount the Buyer pays for that period. There is no shipping or delivery charge. Payment is made by credit or debit card through PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş. For instalment payments, the interest applied by your bank may appear on your card statement.

5. Renewal of periods

Training continues in monthly periods. Your card is never charged automatically or on a schedule. Each new payment period begins when the Buyer pays for it. To stop, simply do not pay for the next period. No separate termination notice is needed. If the fee changes, the Buyer is told at least 30 days before the change takes effect, and it applies only to later periods.

6. Card security

The Seller never sees, records or stores card details. The payment page is encrypted with an SSL certificate and transactions use 3D Secure verification.

7. Performance (delivery of the service)

Because the service is not a physical product, nothing is shipped. Performance begins when the Buyer’s enrolment is confirmed and the participant is added to the announced lesson schedule. Confirmation is sent by email and phone within 3 business days after payment at the latest. Lessons are given face to face in the classroom at the Seller’s address above, on the days and hours in the lesson schedule.

8. Right of withdrawal

For each payment period, the Buyer may withdraw without giving a reason and without any penalty within 14 days from the date the contract is formed (the date of payment). The notice of withdrawal must reach the Seller in writing or by email within this period. Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal can be limited for services whose performance has begun with the Buyer’s approval. Even then, the Seller deducts only the lessons actually delivered and refunds the rest. The detailed refund rates are set out on the Cancellation, Refund and Reimbursement page.

9. Reimbursement

Within 14 days after a withdrawal or cancellation request reaches the Seller, the refundable amount is returned to the Buyer by the same method and to the same card used for payment. The time a bank takes to show the amount on the card account varies from bank to bank.

10. Cancellations by the Seller

If the programme cannot open or is cancelled because of too few participants, a change of instructor or force majeure, the Buyer is offered an alternative group or date. If the Buyer does not accept, the part of the fee paid for that period that relates to undelivered lessons is refunded in full within 14 days.

11. Force majeure

In situations beyond the parties’ control such as natural disaster, epidemic or official decisions, lessons are made up or the programme is postponed. For lessons that cannot be made up, the related amount is refunded to the Buyer.

12. Dispute resolution

For disputes arising from this agreement, the District or Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committee at the Buyer’s place of residence is competent within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts are competent above those limits.

13. Entry into force

At the payment step the Buyer declares that they have read and accepted all conditions of this agreement. The agreement takes effect when payment is completed successfully, and a copy is sent to the email address the Buyer provided.
